Capacity Changes, Care Remains

Discover a space for peace and self-care that truly reflects your journey at your pace. Zydavia presents Midnight Moment, a journal crafted with empathy and insight for your unique wellness path.

Journal the Journey

As a Black, disabled, neurodivergent individual living with chronic illness and seizures, our founder realized that most wellness tools miss the mark. Midnight Moment is different. This patient-centered journal acknowledges that wellness includes illness, offering a compassionate approach to self-tracking without judgment.

Who this journal was made for

These journals transform lived experience with seizures, chronic illness, and bias into organized, accessible tools that help disabled and neurodivergent patients advocate for themselves. Soft on the nervous system, sharp on the systems that harm us — our wellness journals honor Black disabled neurodivergent lives with calm design, honest prompts, and practical pages you can bring straight to your care team.

  • Black patients navigating racism and bias in healthcare, including hospital and emergency room encounters.
  • Disabled and chronically ill folks living with changing capacity, pain, fatigue, and complex conditions.
  • Autistic and neurodivergent people who need low-stimulus, high-contrast, simple layouts that work even on brain-fog days.
  • Caregivers and advocates who want to organize information without erasing feelings and context.

A compassionate companion

Within its pages, you'll find capacity and energy check-ins, dedicated seizure and hospital logs, and spaces to map your care team and homebound days. It also includes pages to name racism and ableism, connect with ancestral support, a flare-day toolkit, and a victory log for celebrating every small win. This journal is here to make your story easier to carry, not heavier.

Flexible tools for any day

You’re not expected to fill it out every day. Use one page on a low-energy day or bring a few logs to your next appointment. Our Flare / Seizure-Hangover Day Toolkit provides structure for the worst days: check safety basics, pick from bed-level comforts, and write one tiny reflection if you can. No pressure, no perfection — just support when you need it most. Your private entries are for you, not a social feed, ensuring your journey remains personal.
